TERROIR

Our vines are planted on Kimmeridgian-type clay-limestone hillsides.

EXPOSURE

South/Southeastern exposure. The soils are very sloping and the sunhine is permanent and exceptional.
So, the wine is quickly matured because of the excellent sunshine.

AGE OF VINES

15 years

WINEMAKING AND MATURING

Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing, cold settling. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Natural tartaric stabilisation, bentonite fining and tangential filtration.

QUANTITIES PRODUCED

2 Ha – 15000 bottles

TASTING

Can be drunk after two years. It is full with aroma of flowers and we can see in it the flavour and the delicacy of the « Monts de Milieu », but with a little more firmness and with a bouquet very expansive. A very delightful wine !
