TERROIR Our vines are planted on Kimmeridgian-type clay-limestone hillsides. AGE OF VINES Our parcels are about 40 years old WINEMAKING AND MATURING They give a concentrated and well constitued wine. We have married the woody and the mineral, typicity of Chablis. The maturing lasts 15 to 18 months. Best drunk between 18 months to 5 years for a perfect balance of the wine. . QUANTITIES PRODUCED 0.65 Ha – 5000 bottles TASTING Best about 10° to 12°c, our wines of CHABLIS are a perfect accompaniment to oysters, shellfish, seafood but also pork, ham of Chablis, goat’milk cheese and gruyere. Wine of pleasure and conviviality you can drink it with food or simply as an aperitif with friends.
