CHABLIS

Chablis

Chablis Vieilles Vignes cuvée "Fleur de chêne"

Served between 10 and 12°C, our CHABLIS wines can be drunk with crustaceans, oysters, shellfish and other seafood - raw or cooked - but also with Chablis ham, delicatessen meats, poultry, goat's cheese and Comté cheese.
These enjoyable, convivial wines can also be drunk as an aperitif or between friends, at any time.

“The CHABLIS de FLEYS were the most sought after, because of their exposure but also because of the land, which is the same as the Premiers Crus” author and publisher Henri Cannard, Chevalier du Mérite agricole [Knight of the agricultural Order of Merit], The vineyards of Chablis and Yonne.

CHABLIS PREMIER CRU

"Fourchaume"

"Vaucoupin"

"Les Fourneaux"

"Monts de Milieu"

Our CHABLIS PREMIERS CRU all come from the right banks of the Serein.

They are long on the palate, deep and full, with plenty of character and fruit. They are at their fullest after between 3 and 10-12 years, depending on the vintage.

Served between 12 and 14°C, they are excellent with fish such as turbot or sea bass cooked in a sauce...    but also with lobster, scallops, crayfish, smoked salmon and scampi... Older vintages go well with foie gras and any other sophisticated dish.
